Different dog - white pattern is different and whilst it might change shape as the dog grows it wouldn't 'fill in' as due to pigmentation (or lack of it)

The bottom dog is brown in one picture and black in the next. The top picture the brown dog has white on her chest and paws, the black dog has white on her chest, paws, neck and face. The brown dog has a brown nose, the black dog has a black nose.
