This Woman Loves Ordering From Amazon So Much That Her Husband Brought Her An Amazon Birthday Cake

“When you order a lot from Amazon… you get an Amazon box birthday cake!”
Recently, photographer Emily McGuire shared photos of a surprise she got for her birthday – an Amazon package birthday cake.
This ingenious idea was born to her husband Mac who takes time to notice little details about his wife such as the fact that she absolutely loves online shopping. Emily told Bored Panda they have been together for 19 years and got married 12 years ago. While Mac doesn’t always go out of his way when it comes to surprises, she said: “this one is one to remember for sure”.
When Emily first saw the cake, she believed that it was an actual Amazon box. “At first I thought it was a box, then when I realized it wasn’t I laughed so hard. I really felt like he finally gets me! ”
This realistic cake, complete with shipping tape and authentic-looking packaging tape, was made by Sweet Dreams Bakery of Dunn and cost around $50. Emily couldn’t resist meeting the baker who made this wonderful idea come to life.
Emily was so impressed by the cake that she had to share it online. “Now it’s a running joke in our house about how many packages we receive in the mail,” she said.
Well, let’s just say she wasn’t the only one fascinated with the cake as the photos quickly went viral across the Internet with people praising her thoughtful and creative husband.

He certainly knows what she likes lol. My son decided he wanted a boat cake after seeing a baking show where someone made a huge cruise liner cake. I was freaking out coz we couldn’t afford to have one made (decorative cakes are expensive). I LOVE making gifts, crafts, baking etc so I decided to attempt it myself. I am so proud of the end result and my son loved it. That is the most important thing. Next year he wants me to make him a fire truck cake eek. Wish me luck lol.

Im so dumb, I ACTUALLY thought it was a real amazon box! It looked so realistic and awesome and cool!!
When I just saw the title and the thumbnail, I thought that the husband actually ordered a cake on Amazon.
