Who needs a life when there’s a wound – to dig in the wound, move around the wound, caress the wound, meet other people’s wounds, compare wounds, enjoy the wound, smoke with the wound, drink with the wound, tell jokes to the wound.
Say wound, wound, wound, and feel how it becomes its own thing, with a first name and second name. You’re not alone anymore.
My name is Ziv Eyal, most people call me "Yuli". I have been an active artist and art teacher for over 30 years.I have a Master of Fine Arts and a degree in psychology - creative processes.I am also a psychotherapist who sees creativity as the core of an essential part of our sense of aliveness and our ability to create ourselves and heal ourselves, and I don't just mean creativity in the artistic sense. Even a conversation between two people, when it is deep, when there is a feeling in it that we understand through it - something we haven't understood before, (about the other and through it about ourselves), when we come out of it a little different from who we entered it - can be creative.
