Having to spend long hours in an airport without internet access is one of the worst travelling experiences. Luckily, one clever guy came up with a solution to this problem.
Computer security engineer and travel blogger Anil Polat launched an interactive map which offers its users WI-FI passwords of networks in airports all over the world. Also, it’s really simple to use. You just have to click on a specific airport and the information about the available connections instantly pop up. Polat updates this map regularly and it already features more than 130 airports across the globe.
For those who will say that it’s useless because you need to have internet access to find the WI-FI passwords in the first place, the creator of the map also provides its downloadable offline version as well.

You can click on the airports below to reveal their Wi-Fi passwords
Just give me the plane ticket.... I'll find my own password when I get there! haa ha :)
Because it is important to check Bored Panda for updates prior to departure and after landing. :)
It doesn't give you passwords, rather information of names and maybe where to get the password.
Anni-Manni - Do I travel? Are you kidding me? Ahahahahah Girl, I changed so many planes...
Oh, sorry, I didn't know "girl" was an insult, I just used it instead of "man" or "boy". Hmmmh, interesting...
So do I and maeby I just didn't get ur idea about ur comment 'cas these passwords are correct.
In my culture calling somebody a girl except kids is an assault:(

Öööö... yes it does. Do you travel?
No, it doesn't. For most of the Europe airports the map just gives you the Wi-Fi name. And in some airports it even just says: free Wi-Fi. The map is really not that helpful over here.
@Brigitte: I can't vouch for the others, but in Bucharest, where it just says free wifi, you can take it to mean that it's not password protected (which I can confirm to be true, or at least it was every time I was there).
In Helsinki Ataturk it does? And I live in Europe. Those free wifis are limited sometimes.
