Over the years, we at Bored Panda have released quite a few pieces on subpar design. And while these publications are incredibly fun to prepare and scroll through (just take a look at this one), we need to balance them out a little. After all, not every designer is an incompetent 3-year-old. Some of them are 4... light-years ahead of the competition.
There's a subreddit that features high-quality images of interesting designs, including architectural, graphic, industrial, furniture, and product design, and even though we already covered it once, there are so many gems on it, we need to do a follow-up. From a restaurant half-sunken into the sea to a suitcase that can measure its own weight, continue scrolling and check out the best that human ingenuity has to offer.

I’ve been to this alley space between buildings. If I am not mistaken it is at a distillery in Spain near Jerez de la Frontera - this town name was bastardized and became Sherry. Go into the building to the right, look to the left and you will see on the floor a glass with a little ladder so the mice and get their share.
No. In winter these plants loose their leaves. Winters are warm in Jerez and people appreciates its full light and sunbathing their faces. Summer is different, when sun burns and it's exmelly hot, it isn't possible to go out from shadow from two to four in the mid day. People says it's "siesta" and it isn't. It's just impossible to go out and even less work under the sun.

I wish I could grow enough plants to become part of a pergola. I'm in south-eastern Pennsylvania, and we have enough of a growing season. It would have to grow bigger and bigger, maybe trumpet vines? (Good old datura would look lovely.)

Trying to determine whether or not a particular design is good, many turn to Dieter Rams and his '10 commandments.' According to Rams, good design is innovative, makes a product useful, is aesthetic, makes a product understandable, is unobtrusive, is honest, is long-lasting, is thorough down to the last detail, is environmentally friendly, and involves as little design as possible.
Nicole Phillips agrees with the German design legend.
"Good design includes a good balance of function, form, and fun," Phillips said. "The user shouldn't have to try too hard to get what they need from the design. Good design isn't just aesthetics, it should communicate well and push boundaries a bit. Good design solves problems."

Theres a faucet at the Cheyenne mountain zoo hippo and penguin exhibit restrooms that are three in one, it's a horizontal faucet, one part dispenses water, the middle part dispenses soap, and the other is air dry
I saw quite a few 2 in 1 recently in the airport, shaped a bit like airplane: middle part provides water, and the side parts work as air dry. There is no rounded plane shapes, simply the style (middle tube, and two tubes to the side from the middle of water one)

Why did jesus supposedly heal some lepers in the stories, but he didn't cure the disease leprosy itself? Some people still suffer with leprosy to this day. Was he incompetent? Evil? Just wants certain people to suffer? Science has largely cured the disease leprosy. Thank scientists! Can you name a disease god has cured? Science has actually cured a number of diseases. Do you have any evidence that any gods even exist? How is jesus god's only son? Aren't we all supposedly created in god's image? Didn't god create Adam and Eve?
