Russian Photographers Show How Birds See Our World And It’ll Leave You Breathless

If you dream of travelling the world and seeing it all from a bird’s-eye view, these sweeping, epic panoramic photos by AirPano might be one of the best ways to do it. This team of Russian photographers and specialists travels the world to take stunning aerial photos of the world’s most beautiful locations.

“Although we usually photograph from a helicopter, we also like to shoot from an airplane, a dirigible, a hot air balloon, and a radio-controlled helicopter,” they write. The most interesting thing about their approach, however, is the fully 360-degree displays that they make available on their websites. Using AirPano’s special viewer, visitors can pan around and look in every direction, making them feel like they’re really on location.

Scroll on to see their photos from all over the world, and be sure to visit their website, too!

Outstanding photography. I didn't get to spend enough time looking at each photo so I'm coming back later.

Gorgeous photos!! I couldn't figure out where the water went in the 'Dragon Falls' image. It didn't appear that any of it flowed away in the riverbed. So I went to WIKI to see if there was any info on it., and here's what I found - FYI, just in case you wanted to go there -- These Falls are known as Angle Falls, not Dragon Falls. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Angel_Falls "The falls are on the Gauja River (alternatively known as the Kerep River or Kerepacupai), which flows into the Churun River, a tributary of the Carrao River." However,.... A Falls by any other name would flow as sweet.' I loved the photos.

The symmetry of Barcelona's buildings are simply stunning! And NY is a concrete jungle, how does anyone get to the right address with all those sky scrapers I wonder. Lovely pictures!

The nature shots certainly outweigh the city skyscraper ugliness!! I'm so surprised at how much CONCRETE is about in major cities NY does not even look real Tell me its been photoshopped otherwise I'd have to say I hold MINUS ZERO interest in ever going there. What a waste of energy & man hours to build skyscrapers -Its so obvious from these Bird's eye photos just how 'wanky' cities are with competing on how TALL MY BUILDING is! HOW BIG MY CITY is ! Really such a shame we live this way! Stunning Photography no less! *thumbs up*
