Japanese photographer Hot.kenobi plays with his action toys and uses photography to tell their entertaining stories. Osaka-based Hot.kenobi creates a universe where box office rivals DC and Marvel comics (sometimes Disney’s Star Wars as well) not only battle each other, but also have some fun in both surreal and everyday situations. Most of his compositions are explosive and feature a lot of movement, perfectly supplemented by special effects and a healthy dose of humor.
Whether it’s Hulk smashing a can of soda, or Spiderman trying to ‘play’ Captain America’s shield on a CD player, these images bring the colorful personalities of unlikely friends and foes.

It probably has "country" music on it! Get it?! HAHAHA! Hah! Heh. hm. Get it?... Because America is a country, so... *cough*
Now you have the music playing in my head ...

I'm the only one who sees similarity between the noodles and deadpool's face
Is that an a*s-gap?! I thought thigh-gaps were unrealistic body expectations. Sheesh!
"No comment? That's fine. Lets make a comment!" *doo doo doo* "And there we go!" ~Deadpool
Oops, wrong headgear 😉 We overslept and had to rush to get to work this morning ...
Wolverine's face looks like he has a permanent, yellow-spandexy wedgie. Poor guy! 😣
I love the amount of effort the artist put into these works. Some were meant to be funny, some more serious, but the creativity is completely visible in most of them! (I also like that some look like serious film scenes)
Most of these figures are Bandai SH. They make some of the highest quality action figures on the market. Check em out on Amazon. $30-80

This is really cool and realistic. Like watching snapshots from an action movie. Very well done!! :)
The first post shows how superman is too OP. Which is why he is my least favorite superhero. I like the more natural heroes like batman and iron man. Batman is just a smart and strong human. Iron is just an extremely intelligent human. Whereas superman is an overpowered alien. But awesome post tho I love their poses
"too op" - only likes superheroes based on how strong they are or aren't, and not how well told their stories are.
Load More Replies...Yeah nice work.... but please use the correct terms.... minimal photography MASSIVE AMOUNTS of photo-shop..... close but totally different levels of skill and creativity needed. Please do better BP.
Clearly you know nothing about photography. This collection displays use of lighting, depth of field, aperture and shutter settings. I wouldn't be surprised if there was no photoshop used. This is 100% legit professional work with high grade equipment.
