Ugh tell me about it. You think you created your best work yet, and then you see some Instagram art that makes yours look like a five-year-old drew it -_-
The Only Time You've Been Relevant
Me: "NO, I'm NOT going to do it for you!" Classmate: "But I can't draw anything, and you're such a good artist! Pleeeeasee?" Repeat.
When teachers says that there will be a group work of drawing : *(Wanna join my group plz?)*
I'm the "creative" kid, so I can relate. I suck at drawing, tho
I hate when that happens. people come up to acting nice just to get you to draw something for them, like, draw it yourself I'm sure the teacher has seen worse than what you can draw
This actually ALWAYS used to happen to me at school in 5th and 6th grade
When they need you they act like friends ,but when they dont ,they wont even talk to you :(,till they need you again....
No one knows that I like to draw. Besides, even if they did, they'd see how bad I am at art and not even ask.
I hate this. When the teacher mentions something about art or greek mythology/percy jackson everyone wants to be my partner and act like their my friend.
and when anything else that you're super good at is announced in class...

I Once Tried To Zoom Into My Paper. Why.
I know how it feels, being an artist with depression-and I'm sure a bunch of other pandas do too- especially when you take your best work, and then look at it next to some hyper realistic piece of sorcery someone posted on here, and wonder how the hell people do it, how are they so good? Why can't I do this? And then this sends one into that big old downward spiral of self-worthlessness, thinking "what is the point?" "I suck at everything" "Why am I alive?" At these times it's easy to make the mistake of thinking you are the most pointless waste of time, but you gotta remember: The point of art is not making it look super goodamn hyper frickin' realistic, that's what cameras are for- Art is meant to send a message, to express ones feeling, and life experiences, and you can do this no matter how good of an artist you are. You've captured this ideal brilliantly, Jen, remember you're not alone in any of this. I hope you're okay, I really do. Your art is gorgeous, and we love you. Peace.

I can't draw, but I write. And these comics related to me when I want to write something
Imagine how much worse this feels for non artists trying to draw (like myself) LOL.
