It’s been one hella year. I mean, it still is. Even though we are close to leaving the cursed number 2020 behind, from what we’ve seen so far, the chances that it won’t go according to plan are, let’s put it this way, quite high.

With so many mixed emotions and unheard-of feelings surfing around this planet right now, Twitter has decided it’s about time to put a name on it. “2020 in one word,” the channel tweeted yesterday. The question instantly blew up with 211.3K likes, attracting many big gamers, like YouTube, Xbox, Netflix, and Zoom sharing their own spin on what’s essentially hard to describe.

The best responses to the somewhat philosophical inquiry into our current times are in down below, but beware that some questions, we don’t want answered. And some answers are better left unquestioned.

It’s crazy to think about how many things can happen in almost 12 months, but this year was one big roller coaster ride and while we’re slowly approaching the end stop, it still keeps on rollin’. Among world-changing events that happened, some were truly alarming.

First, there were debilitating bushfires in Australia that burned a record 47 million acres and killed more than thirty people. Then, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle decided to quit the British royal family in what was one of the most controversial steps in the family’s history.

This same year, the Black Lives Matter protests swept around the globe after the police-involved killings of George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, and Breonna Taylor.

And, last but not least, on January 9, The World Health Organization announced a new, deadly coronavirus had emerged in Wuhan, China. Little did we know it would turn into one of the most debilitating public health crises of modern history.

While there are 65,359,887 global coronavirus cases and 1,508,906 global fatalities, many potential COVID-19 vaccines are now being studied internationally. Check for the vaccine updates on the WHO website.

Hindsight wouldn't have helped. The people in charge knew what was going to happen. They just didn't care. (But sold off stock before the s**t hit the fan. )

To be honest, I don't think there is nothing wrong with cardiac workouts.
