How dated are those lower back tattoos? 😬 whoever does her PR deserves an award for the way they changed her image from 'sexy' wild child (necklaces with vials of blood, boasting about drugs and knife play in the bedroom etc ) - to a benevolent lady bountiful who turns up to refugee camps and nods compassionately before returning to her hotel. I genuinely admire her good work, but it all seems a little self serving to me.

I think she still looks good because she is Angelina Jolie, but there are definitely better pictures of her.
Most of these are just really badly taken photos. And then, well, shoes that fit so the toes don't hang over the edges? For me, she's proof that if you have good looks and a famous parent, the world is handed to you on a plate.
Give her credit for her humanitarian efforts.

That's canceled by her habit of breaking up relationships. It shows that she doesn't really care about other people, the humanitarian efforts are all about trying to look like a good person, but she isn't.

Agreed. I think she's become an admirable woman for her humanitarian efforts and resilience through breast cancer, none of which is reflected in this photo galley, which I will call: "1990's ham-fisted attempt at sex appeal."
She didn't have breast cancer. She had the gene, and because of her family history had a preemptive mastectomy
She had a lump, and since she has the BRCA 1 gene and her mother died before her 40th birthday of breast and uterine cancer, she had surgery to remove both. It was the smart thing to do.
