Being a cat is not just about being cute or beautiful or mysterious. Cats actually have a lot of critically important jobs which us humans tend to take for granted.
We're the artists behind the creative studio Last Lemon, and after we posted a few illustrated cat jobs online, professional cats from around the world started letting us know a bit about their important daily duties and tasks.

Not all box inspectors are cats, but all cats are box inspectors ;)
I must disagree with this one. Cats are delicate beings,,and their whiskers are actually used a a sort of sensor to tell them if it's safe to proceed or not. I've seen my cat jump and land on an end table laden with Waterford crystal, and NEVER even touch the crystal, and land perfectly in the spot he choose!
C**p like that is why mine became an outdoor cat real quick. Ain't gonna put up with destructiveness. Destroy my house and out ya go, dog or cat.
My dear old cat, Benjamin, left us on Friday night. Garf, his protege, spent this morning running frantically around the house, staring at the ceilings and meowing pitifully. He is currently sleeping it off.
"What do you get for me? What is that bag? Nothing? Are you kiddin, what is that shapeless thing in the bottom. Let me check that..."
This is what I like to call a game of hide and seek with my kitties.
Just a little question, is that last one supposed to be 'water' inspector or 'waster' inspector. I just wanted to understand it. Thank you! I love this!
Mine have done ALL of these things except waster inspector. What is that??
How about interior designer? Toilet paper quality checker (I don't think a roll has passed this test because they all end up shredded)? Doorman/doorcat? Mop rider? LOL! These are all so cute... Thank you for the post, it made me chuckle. :P I miss my Mimi <3
Yeah, this has been done to death now. It's just the same things portrayed in different styles. There must have been at least 10 of these on this site in the last 6 months.
