People Share Their Pics For The #10YearChallenge And Some Are Unrecognizable
We all like to start the new year with the not-so-humble brag that this year we are going to become the best version of ourselves, so it only made sense that the first internet viral thread of 2019 followed this theme. Unless you have been on a social media cleanse you have seen a #10YearChallenge then and now pictures post. The idea is simple, post side-by-side comparison photos of yourself from both years just to prove how strong your glow-up was.
Call it narcissistic if you want, but there is no denying that for some people out there, like a fine wine, they only got better with time. Some of them found very positive changes in discovering who they are; others went from ugly ducklings to full-on swans. This list shows the best #10YearChallenges from celebrities and regular social media users alike that highlights the most drastic body transformations along with those who haven't seemed to have aged a day. Scroll down below to check out the makeovers and don't forget to upvote your favs!

She looks exactly the same, and I'm happy for both of them, but my god I love mark ruffalo
I was wondering what rapper would sell so much and I had never heard of him....then saw he was South African...makes sense. Good for him, hard work pays off!
Nice to see people still together after 10 years. I've been together with my significant other for 16 years, and still happy as a clam
It's not multiple choice. It's just to show the difference.
Load More Replies...This girl has been through a LOT in her life. She is such a strong and beautiful human being.
She's not anorexic, you tool. She has kidney dysplasia and has had two transplants. Due to the medication she has a hard time keeping on weight.
Load More Replies...10 years ago she wanted to see your throat, now she wants to see your manager :D Lookin' good though
Ok! Just to clarify: on the left, we have Christian Chávez, Mexican, singer. on the right we have Evaristo Costa, reporter, Brazilian. Evaristo is a very funny guy and made this as a joke.
These are two different acromegalic giants, and the guy on the left is clearly older than the one on the right. BP should immediately cancel these weird pics.
Oh wow I guess I’m even aging wrong. I look 10 yrs older not hotter. Wtf social media has everyone thinking 10 yrs u should be hotter? For the kids, that’s cool, but for grownass people wtf. It’s 10 yrs, life is hard! Sorry I got older and tired not hotter. I spent my time working and on education, not makeup tutorials,’plastic surgery and filters/photoshop lol 🙄
Lol I kinda feel the same even tho I did watch makeup tutorials. I got older looking too but some of these people prove it doesn’t have to be that way. Plus going from child to adult is a useless demonstration in aging. It’s much more interesting to see the difference between 23 and 33.
Wonder how the earth must have changed in 10 years.. with all the forests reducing and the polar ice melting.. it must look very barren now..
There are memes about that.

and yet it isn't
Well the cameras got a lot better in 10 years! ;)
The transphobic comments under the gender change transformations are just sad at this point.
It is narcisstic, sorry, but that is just "look how more beautiful I got" bragging, we have too much of that already.
Why isn't someone allowed to be happy with themselves and how they look? They're not spreading any kind of negativity and you don't have to be happy for them, but let them enjoy their changes, whether that's weight loss or gain, getting fit, correcting their gender, getting through surgeries and such! It's not going to impact your life whatsoever if they're happy with themselves. Live and let live!
Indeed, some a genuinely impressive. But a lot of these are celebrities showing off. Or then teenagers showing how they went from nerds to Instagram meat. We keep blathering about how wrong it is to impose unrealistic body standards, and that's precisely what many of these posts are: people showing how good they are at respecting the accepted standards of beauty. It makes even less sense when we think that many of them are vocally against this standardization of beauty... "Stop saying how we should look like!!!" --- 5 minutes later on Instagram --- "Wow just look how good I look by hurting my body at the gym for 2 hours a day". It IS narcissistic and harmful.
It should not be all about looks. That is the wors thing that came with internet, endless focus on looks. I am pre-internet generation and when I was in 20s, looks weren't that important at all. Everything was not about how you look and no one had the need to show the world "look, this is me! Tell me I am pretty!". Looks are NOT your worth they should not be. Someone will love your looks someone will not but you should no matter what. And you should show the world your creations, and your successes, accomplishments, not just how pretty you have become.
That’s true too. Attention seeking is a monster that should die.
I hope people realize that the main reason for this "challenge" is to help Facebook improve their own facial recognition software...
Wow what a transgender freak show. Disturbing to put it lightly. Honestly this needs to be taken down why are we feeding this mental illness called gender dysphoria? As JP says you wouldn't tell your Alzheimer's patient that yes the ghosts they see are real and it is illegal for anyone to tell you otherwise
I honestly don't know who half of these people are.
I think the majority of the pics are of members of the public, they're not all famous people.
Almost all look better now :)

A lot of these are make-up + plastic surgery + too much fitness = magic! Tssk, it's technically cheating.
How is there too much fitness? You mean they worked out? Lol. Makeup, fitness and plastic surgery is what changes some people over time. It counts more than “I went from being 10 to 20 so I look different now like every adult.”
Indeed, it counts while they don't look like zombies out of our worst nightmares... at 45 if they are lucky. surgery.jpg
Well you picked a photo of one of the rarest cases in plastic surgery. That’s not smart on any level.
