I love it! As a big man who loves food, I've always been discriminated against, and everyone around me make me feel like eating is evil, i always wonder why our bodies were made sensitive to weight, i believe we all should've been born fat! Thank you.
My motto: Eat in moderation if u can. If u know that 1 more bite is gonna take u from full to sick STOP. Save some for later.
