Yeah, I get it. The title seems like an over reach. A kind of desperate attempt to justify the inordinate amount of time “wasted” on a match -3 game.
And yes. It is a waste of time. I do acknowledge that. But it’s also a stress buster. And if you’re anything like me, you know how difficult it can be to get your mind to shut up and go to sleep. Playing candy crush helps me because it strains my eyes, so I close them out of weariness an it’s pretty repetitive and that lulls me to sleep.
I kind of had a mini-epiphany while playing candy crush and that’s how these life lessons came to be. They are by no means revolutionary. But if you think about it, they hold true for almost all areas of life.
