This photo of a five-a-side soccer field surrounded by lush greenery in the Sabah jungle, Malaysia, has made rounds on the internet over the last few days. And for good reason, since it seems a place that can only exist in someone’s fantasy.

The photo was captured by a teacher at Longongon National School in Nabawan, Malaysia, using a Mavic Pro drone. It shows the unreal looking field situated on a hill covered with vegetation, with thick vines apparently invading the playing field. Allowing the thick layer of live plants to completely take fencing around the field was apparently by design, as this helps cool players during the hot summer days and provides plenty of fresh air needed.

While school children can reach the fantasy football field in just 15 minutes, by trekking through mountainous terrain, arriving by car is much more difficult. Apparently it takes someone driving a 4×4 vehicle about 3 hours to get to the field as they have to take a large detour to find a river crossing and then make their way there on the logging roads. That is probably for the best, as a wonderful place as this would probably be overrun by tourists.

This photo was posted on Harimau Malaya’s Facebook page on May 21, and has since been shared more than 14,000 times. It has also been picked up by most news outlets in Malaysia and some international as well.
