This Wooden Box Can Turn A Simple Room Into An Architectural Masterpiece

U.S.-based artist Anila Quayyum Agha has created a stunningly intricate piece of installation art that covers the room it’s in with beautifully patterned shadows. Her installation work, entitled “Intersections,” consists of a large suspended cube made of wooden panels with intricate geometric patterns. A lightbulb in the center illuminates the structure from within and casts its shadows on the walls around it.

Artist Creates Beautiful Art Using Nothing But Packing Tape

Ukraine-born artist Mark Khaisman creates truly outstanding art using something a truly mundane material – brown packaging tape. By putting various layers of translucent tape onto Plexiglass and then cutting it into certain shapes, the artist remakes scenes from old Hollywood movies, art history, certain 20th century cultural icons or his own photographs.

Xiying Rainbow Bridge in Taiwan

Located in Magong, Taiwan, the Xiying Rainbow Bridge is lined with thin neon strips that cast a beautiful rainbow onto the water’s surface during the night time. The lights not only create a fantastic atmosphere, they are also visible from far away, giving a fairytale-like mood in the neighborhood.
