Siberian Photographer Takes Magical Pictures Inspired By Old Legends And Fairytales
Novosibirsk-based young Russian photographer Helena Lavrenkova creates these mystical pictures inspired by famous fairytales and old legends from all around the world. She creates pictures combining Photoshop manipulations with real props that she makes independently and individually.
She writes on her own page: “Separately the taken parts are not belonging to this new world and do not resemble it in anything. But nevertheless they are the essence making it, just for one moment, but differently cannot be. Glance at the slightly opened door, turn the page of the ancient book, step to the fairy tale“.
