Paul Ryan Thwarts Attempt At ‘Dabbing’ In Photograph

During the swearing photo in of representative Roger Marshall, his son, Cal, decided to impress friends and millions of viewers, by dabbing during his father’s big moment. Paul Ryan, however thwarted this in believing the boy was sneezing. Roger Marshall later apologized for his son’s behavior and announced the boy was grounded. Paul Ryan, however, is more confused, than offended, saying he doesn’t understand what a “dab” is.
