This is a collection of photos that I’ve taken since last autumn. Me and my girlfriend live in my hometown, Vopnafjörður, in the North-East of Iceland. She’s a professional photographer and therefore we travel often to nearby places (mostly in the North).
Now, I’m no professional but I do have a decent camera and I like to annoy my girlfriend by sneaking a snapshot of her in beautiful places.
The North-East is one of Icelands hidden secrets and while most tourists only travel around the capital, Reykjavík, in the south, my little hometown sits peaceful as ever on the other side of the country.
I hope you enjoy some of these!
