Daughter Of The Wolf: Funny Comics About A Stay-at-home Dad And His Daughter
The daughter of the wolf, Kenzie is a perfectly not-ordinary 5-year-old with far more energy, intelligence, and mature vocabulary than she ought to have. She possesses an incredible imagination that sometimes makes things a little exciting for her Poppa, a 30-something man of much facial hair and even more patience. He leads a normal life filled with wife, child and occasional imaginary monster attacks. Once, he told his daughter he was born a wolf pup as a joke, and she hasn’t let it go since.
The comics are short, silly comics based on the writer’s life as a stay-at-home dad with his daughter. I do the illustrating, which is really quite enjoyable. I especially love doing the imagination sequences, as I absolutely love fantasy and most of my studio artwork reflects that. The comics are free to read and come out every Monday. We intersperse 4-panel comic strips and “Kenzie Cosplay” one-panels every other week to keep things fresh and fun!
