Festival Land: An Illustration Of European Festivals

Here is something I’ve been working on with a good friend of mine, the super-talented Adam Carnegie.

Zalando got in contact and asked us to make an image that would act as the centerpiece of their content for festival season. We tried to capture the essence of the wild, party vibes of the European festival scene and pay tribute to some of the best bands of the past and present.

The size and style of the image allowed Adam to conceal some truly surreal images – a parliament of techno owls, A man vomiting into his welly, and six David Bowie tributes being a few of my favourites.
