If you’ve ever wondered what celebrities would look like in a classic painting rather than a filtered photo or magazine shoot, then the creative community at DesignCrowd have the answer.
Designers from around the world submitted their ideas of how they imagined the likes of Kim and Kanye, Johnny Depp, and Beyonce in famous artwork.
The result was a convincingly realistic gallery of images showing celebs in iconic portraits by masters such as Raphael, Caravaggio, and Rembrandt.

Loooooved this!!! These are very well done, and they made me that very much classical art features faces with soft edges and distant expressions. Seeing unique and striking faces on the old paintings is pretty weird. Jo did a great job with changing the photographs to watch the rest of the painting.
