After looking at Creative Photography by Erik Johansson and 25 Surreal Photo Manipulations by Sarolta Ban let’s meet multidisciplinary artist Manuel Archain: another very creative and talented photo editing master from Argentina. He’s responsible for creating a lot of insanely cool photos that are highly improbable and usually impossible in real life. His funny but sometimes confusing photos blend his multitude of skills behind the camera.
He started his artistic career at the age of five when accompanying his mother (the artist Silvina Viaggio) in her sculpture, drawing and painting studio. As a teenager, he studied graphic design and comic illustration with Carlos Pedrazzini. At the age of 17, he started to work on commercials, movies and video clips in the art department and as a photographer. Has been an assistant photographer of Peter Rad, Blinkk, Samuel Bayer, Tony Kaye. This led to the evolution of his individualistic photographic style and creative photoshop techniques.
