The creative force behind my ink drawings is the art of Tamara de Lempicka. They are not reproductions of her portrait paintings, but my own visual statement that awakens the spirit of the time she lived and worked – the early 20th century. The portraits are drawn by hand with ink and the background is digitally painted in vintage colors. I intentionally use clean, precise, and elegant style to stay consistent of the Lempicka’s technique. As an advertising designer I try to find various ways to express my deep passion for art outside my work and I hope you will like it.
