"I really enjoy coming up with my own silly phrases, and I adore cute animals, so it just felt like a natural thing to me to combine [them]" - Sophie told Bored Panda. "My main goal is to illustrate children's books, and the publicity these illustrations have given me has helped me to be seen by publishers."

Corrigan has a degree in illustration from the University of Central Lancashire, and is currently studying for her Masters Degree in Children's Book Illustration. Her work has been stocked by Paperchase, Urban Outfitters, Hot Topic, and ASOS.
