Like all cubes, this box has 6 faces. On each face there is only one month — yet all 12 months of 2015 fit on this desk-top calendar! Don’t believe me? Watch the video! This is not click bait, it’s real, and it’s paper craft, and you can even make it yourself by downloading the template.

This is a totally new and unique design. I know, because after designing this calendar I looked all over, trying to find a box as cool as this one, and I found nothing which even came close. So I filed a patent application on this technique. Then I posted the template as a download on my website (for personal use only). Finally, I posted it here, hoping that it will make all you pandas a little less bored. So if you like it, don’t just “like” it, share it!

The download includes a US version starting the week on Sunday, and a European version formatted on A4 with the week starting on Monday. It also includes a sliding ring which can be used to highlight the current week (and holds the box shut), a matching pop-up gift label, and, of course illustrated instructions. In case that’s not enough I’ve also posted a video tutorial which shows you in beautiful close-ups how to make this yourself.
